Getting Started
How do I create my AI chatbot?▾
Sign up for an account, upload your resume on the Profile page, then configure your chatbot on the Chatbot Settings page. Your resume is automatically parsed to build your chatbot's knowledge base.
Do I need a subscription to set up my chatbot?▾
You can set up and configure your chatbot for free. A subscription is required to make it publicly accessible so visitors can chat with it.
How do I share my chatbot with recruiters?▾
Once subscribed, your chatbot is available at airesume.chat/your-slug. You can find your unique link in the dashboard. Add it to your LinkedIn, portfolio, or email signature.
Can I embed the chatbot on my own website?▾
Yes! Go to the Chatbot Settings page to find embed code snippets. You can use an iframe embed or a floating widget script on any website.
Chatbot Setup
How do I improve my chatbot's answers?▾
You can add knowledge items manually on the Knowledge page, or correct AI answers directly from the conversation view. Corrections are saved as knowledge items so the AI learns from them.
Can I customize the chatbot's personality?▾
Yes, on the Chatbot Settings page you can choose from several personality presets (Professional, Friendly, Casual, etc.) and add custom instructions to fine-tune behavior.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?▾
Open the conversation, click "Correct this answer" on any AI response, and provide the correct information. The AI will learn from your correction for future conversations.
Billing
What payment methods do you accept?▾
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I cancel my subscription?▾
Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription. Your chatbot will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?▾
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@airesume.chat if you need assistance.
Privacy & Security
Who can see my resume data?▾
Only you can see your full resume data. Visitors only interact with the AI chatbot, which answers questions based on your resume. The raw resume file is never shared.
How is my data stored?▾
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
Can I delete my account and all data?▾
Yes, go to Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone section. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data including your profile, chatbot, conversations, and uploaded files.
