We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, resume content, and chatbot configuration. When visitors interact with your chatbot, we collect their name (if provided), email (if provided), and conversation messages.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the airesume.chat service
- Process your resume and power your AI chatbot
- Send you notifications about new conversations
- Process payments through Stripe
- Improve our service and develop new features
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). Files such as resumes and avatars are stored in Supabase Storage with row-level security policies ensuring only you can access your own data.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — Powers the AI chatbot responses. Conversation messages are sent to Claude to generate answers. Anthropic's usage policies apply.
- Stripe — Payment processing. We do not store your credit card information directly.
- Vercel — Application hosting
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may store your theme preference in localStorage. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and export your data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Opt out of email notifications
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (profile, chatbot, conversations, knowledge items, and uploaded files) is permanently deleted.
8. Security
We implement appropriate security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), row-level security on all database tables, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page.
