airesume.chat provides an AI-powered chatbot service that allows users to create chatbots based on their professional resume. Visitors can interact with these chatbots to learn about the user's experience and skills.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You are responsible for all content uploaded to your chatbot, including resume data and knowledge items

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent resume information
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to excessively access the service (rate limits apply)

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Paid features require an active subscription, billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. AI-Generated Content

Chatbot responses are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude) based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. You can correct inaccurate responses through the conversation dashboard.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

airesume.chat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost opportunities or inaccurate AI responses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove all your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
